• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country, territory, or region from which players are not permitted to access the 666gam platform under its operating license or applicable law.

• Single Device / Household: 666gam reserves the right to investigate and suspend multiple accounts originating from the same device, IP address, or household where collusion or bonus abuse is suspected.

666gam is required under its operating license to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold. Verification may also be triggered at any time at 666gam's discretion as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. 666gam will reject and refund any deposits made from third-party payment accounts. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their 666gam account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches the identity information on your verified 666gam account.
• Any active bonus funds that have not completed their associated wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirements are met, unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms.

666gam offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated; unused bonus funds expire automatically when the validity period ends.

• Bonus Abuse: 666gam monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of bonus terms through abnormal betting patterns, or coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 666gam reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the account.

All bets and wagers placed on the 666gam platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once you have received a confirmation from the 666gam platform. Bets placed but not confirmed due to a technical error or connectivity interruption are not valid.
• 666gam reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a clear pricing or odds error. An odds error is defined as a price that is materially different from the true market price at the time the bet was placed, attributable to a system error or human error on 666gam's part. In such cases, the stake will be refunded in full.
• For sports betting, the rules governing specific markets — including settlement criteria, void conditions, and push outcomes — are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules documentation available within the sportsbook section of the platform.
• For casino and slot games, game-specific rules are displayed within the game itself. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the game information panel.
• 666gam does not accept bets placed with the intent to arbitrage against the platform or to exploit pricing inefficiencies. Accounts identified as engaging in systematic arbitrage betting may have stakes reduced, bets voided, or accounts restricted.
• Maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and game types. Where a bet exceeds the maximum stake for a market, 666gam reserves the right to accept only the portion up to the maximum limit and return the remainder to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666gam platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering more than one account per person
• Using false, stolen, or fraudulently obtained identity documents for KYC verification
• Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or the platform itself
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 666gam staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to access the accounts, data, or information of other players without authorisation

666gam cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected criminal activity, financial fraud, or match manipulation. All relevant data and account information will be provided upon receipt of a lawful request.

666gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain healthy, controlled engagement with the platform. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666gam's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that player's 666gam account at the time the claim arises.

666gam shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the platform
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond 666gam's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental action, or internet service provider failures)
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Bets or wagers placed on the basis of inaccurate odds caused by manifest technical errors, which may be voided as outlined in Clause 8
• Any financial decisions made in reliance on information published on the 666gam platform, including promotional content, statistics, or game descriptions

Nothing in these Terms limits 666gam's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

666gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is suspected
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement instructions require the account to be frozen or closed
• The player is found to be accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction

Where an account is closed for a reason other than player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method, subject to standard KYC completion.
